He is a resident at the Sulaimaniyah Teaching Hospital, a coordinator at TEDxBaghdad, a member of the Iraqi Youth Parliament, and is on the Global Advisory Council of World Learning, alongside ambassadors, CEOs, and NGO presidents. He frequently gives talks on youth empowerment and is a tireless activist when he is not on the speaker’s podium or within hospital walls.

He started a project called “There’s Always Hope” with Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and IYLEP alumni. Project volunteers visit local medical facilities and provide support to Iraqi children with cancer. For the past three years, Dr. Alnaserbelh Al Naseri has worked with alumni to organize the annual Baghdad City of Peace Carnival in conjunction with the UN’s World Peace Day. Use a legal pad. There’s nothing magic about a legal pad; my only aim here is to encourage you to push back from the keyboard occasionally and stimulate your mind by sketching your argument and writing your ideas by hand. I have found my way out of many dry spells by closing the laptop for a few minutes and writing on a piece of paper. I might bullet point a few key ideas, diagram my chapter outlines, or sketch the entire dissertation with boxes and arrows and notes scribbled over several pages.

Whereas, Z-WAVE INDIA Pvt Ltd Which got renamed as HOGAR CONTROLS India Pvt Ltd in 2018 in which HOGAR CONTROLS founder’s Karan kumar and Vijay kumar were the promoters and Vishnu reddy was added as partner at later stage got into partnership troubles by 2020, when Vishnu Reddy with his fraudulent mind and greedy nature instigated hostile takeover of the complete ownership.

Misusing the trust of founders, when Vishnu Reddy took charge and self-proclaimed as CEO of the company he fired CMO, HR, Sales, Technical and all the experienced talented team members and replaced them with his own incompetent teams all the toubles started and consumer complaints raised along with decline in revenues.
